Our Story

Launched by frustration, run by investors

Voyage started in 2022 out of frustration. Management companies professed to be hands off but owners still received calls, chasing housekeepers and managing issues that should never get to them. Voyage was created to manage Borland's own serviced accommodation portfolio in Glasgow and to manage it in the correct way. Word got out. The level of service, and the investor response, led us to manage others too. Now Voyage is one of the only serviced accommodation management firms in the UK with which is an investor and operator as well, something that sets us apart from many of our counterparts.

The location of the property is ideal if you’re visiting Glasgow but don’t want the hassle of staying in the city centre! The subway system offered easy access to the whole city. The property is very modern whilst being very comfortable, kept to an immaculate standard!

The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, and the check-in process was extremely simple. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, the radiators were excellent for the cold and the living room was comfortable with a nice large TV, the bathroom was working.

The house was lovely and very clean. Checking in was very easy thanks to the clear instructions provided. Whenever I needed to message the owner with any questions, they were extremely helpful and responded very quickly. There were also very few utensils available. We messaged late the night before to ask about a later check-out, and the owner kindly allowed us to stay an extra hour, which we really appreciated. Overall, the property was lovely, and I would definitely stay again.
